Booking validity
Reservation valid upon payment of 30% within 3 days of reservation to the above account
Deposit + cleaning
We charge a refundable deposit of 500 PLN + 100 PLN for cleaning (if the tenant does not want to do the job himself).
Meter charges
Meter charge (PLN 1.0 per kW + PLN 15/m3 water).
Reception hours
Receiving guests between 15:00 – 18:00 (please call in advance to change the time of arrival).
Washing
Washing machine (I batch – up to 6 kg) – 15 zl.
Fee for stay
Payment for the stay payable in cash at the handover of the keys (please show proof of payment of the deposit).
Local fee
Local fee according to the municipality’s rate for 2022 – PLN 2.50/person for each started day of stay.
Deposit
The deposit is forfeited upon cancellation of arrival at the cottage.
Leaving the house
Leaving the cottage by 10:30 am.
Dryer
Dryer (I batch – up to 6 kg) – 15 zl.
It is possible to season the yacht – the price is negotiable.
After arranging the rental of the cottage, you will receive a copy of the contract detailing the terms of rental and payment.
